to the Notary. Examples of accepted forms of identification are
as follows:

Driver's License or DMV ID Card
2. US Passport
3. US Military ID
4. Inmate ID issued by the California Department of Corrections, but only to
prisoners in custody
5. Foreign Passport stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service
